Sequels That Were Better

A rare thing. These sequels were equal or even a bit better than the original:

MOVIES:

Addams Family Values

Aliens

Beverly Hills Cop II

Creepshow II

Die Hard: With a Vengeance

Grumpier Old Men

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

Jurassic World (better than Jurassic park 2 & 3)

Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers/Return of the King

Mad Max: Fury Road and Mad Max: Furiosa

The New Nightmare (Nightmare on Elm St.)

Star Wars: Emperor Strikes Back/ Return of the Jedi

Terminator 2: Judgement Day

Top Gun: Maverick

Toy Story 2 and 4

Tron: Legacy

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (better than the 2 and 3rd film)
