Celebrities Who Suffered From Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia

These Celebrities Suffered from Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia. I find this disease has a stigma and many families do not disclose this as the cause of death. They rather say "heart failure" or "pneumonia".  The quality of life after 80 needs to be discussed.  The brain deteriorates terribly in old age. Medical advances keep bodies alive long after the mind is gone.
